Guests at Auberge les myrtilles are usually mountain lovers which certainly also love tasty and healthy food. This combination of tasty and healthy is always the thought behind our dishes that leave the kitchen. Our starting point is to work as much as possible with fresh products. Our kitchen can be best described as tasteful, balanced and also surprising.
Our restaurant can seat up to 20 people. In addition to our own hotel guests, also the local residents find us more and more. As a result, we often have a nice mix of all kinds of different people and nationalities. We have done our best to decorate the restaurant in such a way that you will feel right at home, and to create a cozy living room atmosphere. Besides (of course) the dining area, there is also a reading table, there is a lovely fireplace in the restaurant.
Each evening we serve a varied and different three-course menu. The menu includes a starter, main course and dessert. for those who want, the menu can be extended with a cheese plate. Naturally, we always take into account all dietary requirements, that you can make known to us on arrival, or prior to your arrival.
Our cuisine is inspired by southern French cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean and Dutch cuisine. A lot of care was given to every dish that leaves the kitchen. All plates are full of flavor. We use fresh ingredients and every day serve enough vegetables. Healthy eating is one of our top priorities.
The breakfast and lunch
Every morning we serve a breakfast where amounts have been adjusted to the needs of the active vacationer. In addition to coffee, tea and orange juice we serve bread with toppings, an egg and a croissant. The restaurant itself is not open for lunch, but we do offer a take-away lunch. This is composed of two sandwiches, bottled water, fruit and a snack. Normally, more than enough to get you through the day!
