Of course it can happen that after making the booking something unexpectedly happens, that forces you to cancel the reservation. A cancellation is obviously unpleasant for the guest and also for us. Especially with cancellations at the last moment, the chances are big that we will not be able rent the room for the rest of the booked period. Therefore, as a consequence of the cancellation the room remains empty during the booked period. In case of a cancellation therefore the following cancellation policy is applicable.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival
30% of the total amount with a minimum of € 75,-.
For cancellations between the 30th day and the day of your arrival
50% of the total sum.
Cancellation on the spot
In case you shorten your stay, we charge the sum of 80% of days not taken. In case of shorting your stay without notice (e.g. an arrival the next day without informing us), spending one or more days less than booked, we will charge 100% of the days not stayed.
We count from the moment we receive the cancellation.
We would like to point out that it is always possible to get a cancellation insurance at your own insurance company.
Special cancellation policy regarding the Corona pandemic
If a reserved stay cannot take place due to the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as a result of the Corona pandemic, one of the three options described below can be claimed. These unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances must be the direct result of government-imposed measures in relation to the corona pandemic that have made a reserved stay impossible.
The three options are:
- Free rebooking of your stay to another time.
- Obtaining a Corona voucher with a validity period corresponding to the departure date of the canceled reservation plus a maximum of 1 year.
- Full refund of the amount paid for the reservation to be cancelled.
